Not sure why I went in this direction with this one. A bit macabre.

And looking now, in the way you do
At precious face, eyes shining
Straight black hair, pursed lips
In mirror's gleaming silver

And looking then, in the way they do
At dust and bones on summers day
Damp foreheads, concentrated gaze
Dull grey of scraping trowel
